I put it off long enough, so today I finally put up the Christmas tree. I've been worried about Matthew trying to climb the tree, but so far, so good. I still had the paper chain that the kids and I made a couple years ago so I decided to keep the decorations minimal and 'Matthew-friendly'.
We have about 20 nutcracker ornaments. I figured they weren't very fragile, so that's all we put on the tree. 
Matthew is a fan of the nutcrakers!
He even talks to them!
Nope, not real cranberries!
I think I need to find some bubble lights for next year!
