Meeting Robert

This June, Chris and I will have been married 12 years. In twelve years, I've only had the opportunity to meet 5 of Chris' 7 siblings. This weekend I finally got the opportunity to meet Robert, Chris' big brother. He lives in Massachusetts, but came to Visit Vic and Virginia in Phoenix for a couple weeks. During which time, they had plans to fit in as many baseball games as the could. A couple of those games brought them close to us, in Anaheim. So we drove down to meet them there before they went to their games. It was a quick trip, especially since Chris just got home from Key West; but it was well worth it to finally get to meet Robert. We drove down Saturday to have dinner with them, met them again for breakfast Sunday morning and then headed back home.

It was a quick visit, but a good one. Hopefully, it won't be another 12 years before I see him again and hopefully, I'll get to meet Chris' sister Lynette (who also lives in Massachusetts) before another 12 years' time has passed.
