The kids received mail today from Grandma Yonka and Grandpa Michael. Clara's cards were princess cards of course and she insisted on sleeping with the Cinderella one tonight. There were coins in the cards, so the kids ran to put them in their banks. One of Clara's cards was a birthday card with some birthday money, for which she already has a plan: a fish. She tried for a new cat, but I talked her down to a fish, so on her birthday we'll be heading to the pet store. We had to read the story "A Fish Out of Water" before bed tonight. She's VERY excited!
